About
Jessica has studied art and drama since a very early age--more recently her focus has narrowed towards how magic has been present during the course of human social evolution. She is fascinated at how magic is it's own kind of science attempting to explain the Universe around us and how it has been used to shape and manipulate the human condition. She has learned how magic has changed as civilization has become more advanced.
This branch of curiosity began when taking on a Tarot deck as a graphic design project. She wanted to learn the truth of the origin of the Tarot since there seemed to be contradiction about the deck's early beginnings; and she made her own deck to better understand its symbolism. The Fabrication Tarot is a very abstract deck full of bold colours and striking designs.
She has been a student of the Tarot for more than a decade and has been known to teach her own instructors a thing or two. Jessica has now completed two Tarot Decks, the most ambitious being the new Twilight Rabbit Tarot.
She's currently trying everything she can to promote both her decks and is selling them on her website using Etsy.
The ultimate goal is for her to share what she's learned about magic and human evolution to others, revealing the truth behind the claims and the fantastic forms of what we call magic.
Bragging rights
I work a Full-Time office/retail job to fund my other projects. I work a Part-Time retail job on top of this because I love costumes. I also do Freelance graphic design commissions because I love art. I have an Etsy storefront because I love to make pretty things with my hands. I do Tarot readings upon request for a nominal fee and I'll read for groups at special events for a decent rate. Every once in a while I'll get involved in a play which is like another Part-Time job only volunteer because I love acting and theatre. I'm a busy bee.
